At FluxSound, we carefully scan all of our sound packs and audio assets, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality before including them in our catalog. However, if a technical issue prevents you from accessing or using a product, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds are not possible once a product has been downloaded and opened.
- Subjective dissatisfaction does not warrant a refund, as all products can be fully previewed prior to being purchased.
- It is the user’s responsibility to check for the required software and hardware to utilize the files. Refunds will not be approved for incompatibility issues.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Download Issues: If the purchased product cannot be downloaded because of a technical error from our side, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Should our support team fail to resolve the problem within 48 hours, a full refund will be processed.
- Corrupted or Non-Functional Files: If the downloaded files are corrupted or do not function as described, provide the support staff with relevant information regarding the problem. A full refund will be given if we cannot supply a functional copy within two business days.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order details (order number and purchase confirmation email)
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. All sales after this time are final, and no refunds can be requested.
